Carlon and Co is a one stop shop for businesses who want to undertake creative projects without the stress of coordinating multiple suppliers.
Carlon and Co has its beginnings in commercial photography. It was when owner Amy, continued to hear her clients speak of the challenges of organizing creative projects, she knew something had to be done.
Carlon and Co is a merging of Amy Lee Carlon Photography and Harvest Creative Hub. It is a place small business can engage in copywriting, videography, photography, marketing and branding with the assistance of an experienced creative at the helm of their project.
The brief:
Amy contacted me to write the home and about pages for her new website.
As the heart of the brand, Amy wanted a website that sounded like her and reflected the way she does business.
I undertook tone of voice research to capture the way Amy communicates with her audience and kept a conversational, ‘chatting with a friend’ tone to the copy.
In addition to tone of voice, I undertook keyword research to select the most impactful keywords to help the Carlon and Co website rank for it’s core offering of photography, with a view to add on additional services pages in the future.
The result, a fun, friendly website with copy that represents the brand and their vision going forwards.
