Daylesford Macedon Ranges Tourism is the peak industry body for tourism in the Daylesford and Macedon Ranges region.
Known locally as DMR tourism, this independent body is charged with marketing, product development, infrastructure development and industry development for the region.
Each quarter they release a copy of DM Life magazine which seasonally showcases the best experiences in the region. The magazine is published online as a blog, available as a digital magazine via Issuu and in print as a liftout in The Age magazine.
The brief:
DMR tourism contacted me to write a piece to promote Hepburn Bathhouse in their upcoming magazine.
Hepburn Bathhouse is a premium mineral spring bathing experience located in Hepburn Springs. The brief for this piece was to visit the bathhouse and experience Bathhouse Mineral Bathing as well as their unique Sanctuary Mineral Bathing experience. Additionally, I also experienced one of their spa treatments.
The brief involved writing a 300 word article highlighting the benefits of mineral bathing and promoting the Sanctuary Mineral bathing experience.
